Assessment and measures are selected according to your case and vary depending on whichever goals or changes you are trying to achieve, which might also vary (transform) along the way.
Typically we agree on performance and behavioral indicators to help measure progress and make adjustments accordingly to what or not is working.
Some of the measurement assessments come at an additional cost of the coaching session. Please enquiry cost for administering it: questionnaire customisation, data collection, results interpretation and in case of license rights required.
We also develop together feedback shared indicators to assist us on our collaborative work.
