Cristina has worked with diverse cultures and across several industries such as Sport, Pharmaceutical, Automotive Insurance, Beauty & Care, FMCG, Electronics, Telecommunications, Gas&Oil and Retail. She has experience in family businesses and multi-national companies and effectively has coached clients at: Accenture, Cisco, Toll, Albemarle Corporation, Uber Eats, Criteo, Booking, Temenos Digital Banking, Honeywell, Qantas.
Cristina holds a Masters in Business Communication, a Master in International Business and Retail by ESCI-UPF Barcelona, and Master's Degree in Coaching Psychology by the University of Sydney as well as Graduate Certificate in Social Impact by Melbourne Business School.
She has a Certificate IV for Training & Assessment and Mental Health and also a Career Mobility Team Certificate by Randstad Risesmart.

On a personal note, Cristina has lived in 5 different countries across America, Australia, Europe & Middle East. It is through that, she has developed a deep sense of change personally and professionally as well as a cultural sensitivity. She is married and gifted with two daughters.
